You'll help identify qualified professionals, develop effective sourcing strategies, engage potential candidates, and support recruitment initiatives across a range of specialised projects. Your experience will help us connect the right talent with the right opportunities while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruiting processes. This is a fully remote, freelance contract opportunity for professionals who enjoy working independently, building relationships with candidates, and contributing to talent acquisition initiatives in a fast-paced AI environment. Mexico City's role as a major hub for tech, business, and nearshore talent makes it a strategically important location for this role. Engage Candidates Conduct personalised outreach to prospective candidates, communicate relevant opportunities, and build relationships with professionals across different industries and areas of expertise. Evaluate Candidate Profiles Review professional backgrounds, skills, experience, and qualifications to assess alignment with project requirements.
