Work Location: California, United States (Remote) Engagement Model: Employment; fixed-term/temporary Start Date: ASAP Project Duration: Around 4 months. Payment Conditions: $57.50 per hour Role Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) will conduct remote health screenings using a provided screening tool to determine participant eligibility for a health-related study. Qualified participants will be scheduled for onsite study sessions. This role does not involve diagnosis or medical treatment. Role Responsibilities Conduct remote participant health assessments using a standardized screening protocol. Determine participant eligibility based on predefined health criteria. Schedule qualified participants for onsite study sessions. Communicate participant eligibility and any special accommodations to the study team. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and study requirements. Required Skills Ability to conduct structured remote health assessments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and protocol adherence. Knowledge of medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance. Comfort working independently in a remote environment. Required Experience and Qualifications Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license. At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or research setting. Preferred Experience and Qualifications Experience in cardiac care or exercise physiology is a plus. Telehealth or remote screening experience.
