Rise Data Labs is seeking advanced Biology and Life Sciences experts to support the training and evaluation of state-of-the-art AI systems.We're looking for subject-matter experts who can apply deep scientific knowledge to challenging AI evaluation problems, assess AI-generated reasoning, and identify technically meaningful errors or limitations within their field.What You'll DoApply your subject-matter expertise to advanced AI training and evaluation workDevelop or evaluate challenging problems within your area of expertiseAssess AI-generated reasoning for scientific accuracy and identify subtle errors or failure modesWhat We're Looking ForMaster's degree required; PhD strongly preferred in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related life-sciences fieldAdvanced academic, research, laboratory, or industry expertise within your specializationStrong scientific and analytical reasoning and ability to evaluate complex technical workPrior AI training, evaluation, benchmarking, or LLM experience is a plusFlexible, remote contract work starting ASAP.
