Medical Assistant - AI Safety Benchmark

Sepal AI is building realistic test cases to probe how well AI models assist with routine clinical support tasks in medical settings. We’re seeking experienced Medical Assistants - especially those with Epic / Open MRS experience - to simulate back-office workflows and identify where AI could help or cause harm. 🧠 What You'll Do - Simulate day-to-day MA tasks: intake, rooming, chart updates, in-clinic orders, and lab handling. - Build test scenarios to evaluate AI assistance in triage, pre-charting, or task prioritization. - Highlight where model outputs could lead to errors (e.g., wrong chief complaint entry, improper flagging, patient privacy breaches). - Help us define gold-standard reference behavior for safe AI in ambulatory clinic operations. ✅ Requirements - 2+ years of MA experience, including EHR use (Epic required). - Familiarity with rooming protocols, standing orders, labs, and in-clinic documentation. - Excel + strong written communication skills a plus (for structuring test scenarios). 💸 $25–50/hr 📍 Remote
