Senior Salesforce Analyst – AI Safety Benchmarking

Sepal AI is partnering with leading AI research labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind) to build safety benchmarks that keep AI systems responsible inside enterprise tools - especially Salesforce. As a Senior Salesforce Analyst, you’ll recreate and evaluate complex workflows, directly shaping how models are tested for safety, reliability, and compliance in high-stakes business environments. 🧠 What You'll Do - Design and configure realistic Salesforce scenarios to test AI-assistant behavior (e.g., CPQ workflows, approval chains, lead conversion). - Identify high-risk operations where unsafe AI outputs could cause real-world harm (sending the wrong quote, misassigning revenue, triggering unauthorized workflows). - Collaborate with AI researchers to simulate these workflows and define model expectations. - Build scoring rubrics and logic trees to determine if model responses are safe, accurate, and compliant. - Document complex edge cases that might trip up a model and ensure they’re included in our test suite. ✅ Who You Are - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, CPQ, or multi-cloud environments). - Expert-level skill with declarative configuration (Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules). - Familiar with business-critical processes like Quote-to-Cash, Forecasting, and Deal Desk operations. - Sharp analytical thinker with a keen eye for edge cases and a knack for simulating real-world processes. - Bonus: experience in QA, risk assessment, audit, or Salesforce documentation. 💸 Pay: $35–70/hr 🌍 Remote ⏱ Flexible hours (asynchronous, project-based) 🧭 Impact: Your work ensures AI assistants never make critical mistakes in Salesforce environments.
