We’re hiring experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to help simulate real-world clinical reasoning and document use cases where AI needs to be accurate, helpful - and cautious. 🧠 What You’ll Do - Simulate urgent care scenarios: patient intake, triage, diagnosis, minor procedures, and medication ordering. - Define failure modes where incorrect AI support could result in patient safety risks. - Review AI outputs against clinical reasoning and write rubrics to assess model performance. - Focus on common but high-risk cases: pediatric triage, antibiotic prescribing, imaging decisions. ✅ Requirements - 2+ years of experience as a PA or NP in urgent care or ER. - Comfortable writing up scenarios with realistic symptoms, notes, and diagnoses. - Familiar with Epic workflows or scribe-supported documentation environments. 💸 $40–80/hr 🧭 Protect the frontline of medicine from unsafe AI 📍 Fully Remote
