About this role
Join Sepal AI in protecting enterprise decision-making from AI failures. We're partnering with major AI labs to build safety benchmarks for RevOps, finance, and sales workflows. We simulate real tasks - like reviewing deal terms or forecasting revenue - and test whether AI models can support them safely and reliably. 🧠 What You'll Do - Create benchmark tasks that simulate RevOps responsibilities (pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, deal desk reviews). - Identify edge cases where AI models might suggest unsafe, inaccurate, or noncompliant actions. - Design test environments and detailed rubrics to assess model performance. - Help us probe for failure modes that real businesses must avoid. ✅ Who You Are - 2–5 years in RevOps, SalesOps, BizOps, or revenue analytics. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Excel, and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau). - Familiar with CRM governance, revenue recognition, and incentive structures. - Curious about AI and motivated to improve its safety and trustworthiness in enterprise settings. 💸 Pay: $30–55/hr 🌍 Remote 🧭 Impact: Your work helps prevent the next wave of costly AI errors in enterprise software.
