About this role
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and industry verticals. Design and present tailored AI data solutions (collection, annotation, transcription, labeling). Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and client-facing presentations. Work closely with project and delivery teams to define scope, timelines, and cost estimates. Conduct product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept when required. Maintain a deep understanding of Shaip’s offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Support sales in lead qualification and early-stage client discussions. Maintain accurate records of presales activities in CRM tools. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Relevant experience in presales, business analysis, or solution consulting (preferably in AI/ML data services, IT services, or SaaS). Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data lifecycle is a plus. Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling client deliverables. Strong presentation skills with proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight timelines. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Required Behavioural Competencies Integrity & Ethics: Demonstrates transparency and accountability in all dealings.
