Role Overview We are seeking Senior Accounting & Finance Professionals with hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Omni Chat support. This role involves handling both general help inquiries and complex, data-heavy accounting and finance questions that require strong analytical and advisory capabilities. Requirements Senior Account professionals - CFO, COO (Finance), Financial Controller, Financial Director, VP (Finance), other Senior Finance Experts Experience supporting or advising SMB clients/business owners on accounting and financial matters (especially US based SMBs) Must have an experience working with/advising three or more organizations 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields. Experience as a CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, or Financial Consultant. Experience handling complex accounting and finance-related queries. Responsibilities Analyze financial data and provide accounting guidance. Handle complex accounting, bookkeeping, and finance-related questions. Provide advisory-based recommendations using financial data.
